Wide Base Sway in Sitting with Reduced Hand Support Single Arm

 

From a supported position in your chair move forward to the front of the chair. Whilst retaining hold of the chair sway your body to the right. Lift your left arm sideways to the horizontal position whilst trying to lift your left buttock off the chair. Return to the start position and repeat to the opposite side. Continue for the number of repetitions as directed and return to the supported position in your chair.
